An interactive and exploratory workshop focusing on embedding a Strength-Based lens into all areas of practice. Workers will learn how to uncover and integrate a broader array of strengths and partner with families to build the confidence and skills needed reach their aspirations.
Attendees have the opportunity to practice scenarios, enhance self-awareness, and learn how to apply this approach during participant debriefs, in agency, staff & program development, and in their own lives. This workshop covers:

Designed for individuals who work with parents and caregivers, this curriculum draws from key parenting programs such as Nurturing Parenting, Abriendo Puertas, and Conscious Discipline. Attendees will develop a strong foundation in essential parenting skills while also learning how to incorporate these principles into their work. The workshop covers core components of effective parenting, equipping staff to foster positive, healthy relationships and understand & support children, youth & families.​
